These answers preserve the current product truth: public-place events, 10-credit commitment, check-ins, reliability scoring, and safety tools.
Account & profile
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information, photos, and preferences directly in the app through the Profile tab. Changes are saved automatically.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Please note that account deletion is permanent and unused credits will be forfeited.
Events & participation
How do I create an event?
Tap the "+" button in the app to create a new event. You'll need to provide details about the activity, location, date, and time. Creating an event requires staking 10 social credits.
What happens if I can't attend an event?
If you need to cancel, do so at least 24 hours before the event to avoid penalties. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of staked credits and may impact your reliability score.
How do I check in to an event?
During the event window (event time + 3 hours), you can check in through the event details page. You'll need to upload 1-3 photos as proof of attendance.
Social credits
How do I earn social credits?
You earn credits by successfully attending events, getting your staked credits back plus a 5-credit bonus, reaching achievement milestones, and completing streaks.
Can I buy or transfer credits?
No, social credits cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for cash. They are tied to your account and earned through participation.
Reliability score
What is a reliability score?
Your reliability score (1000-2000 scale) reflects your commitment to attending events. All users start at 1500. Scores increase with successful attendance and decrease with no-shows or cancellations.
How can I improve my reliability score?
Attend events consistently, check in on time, avoid cancellations within 24 hours, and host successful events. Maintaining good standing with the community will help improve your score over time.
Safety & reporting
How do I report a user?
You can report users you've shared an event with through the app. Navigate to their profile and select "Report User." Reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
What should I do if I feel unsafe?
Your safety is our priority. If you feel unsafe at any time, leave the event immediately and report the user through the app. For emergencies, contact local authorities.
How do I block someone?
You can block any user at any time through their profile. Blocked users cannot see your profile, join your events, or send you messages.
