• You have never been convicted of a felony or violent crime

All photos and content you upload must:

• Be of yourself (no group photos as primary photo)
• Be appropriate and not sexually explicit
• Not contain nudity or provocative poses
• Not promote violence, illegal activities, or hate speech
• Not violate any third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. Safety and Reporting

Your safety is important to us. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, content, or users, please report them immediately using the in-app reporting features. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Meeting in Person

If you decide to meet someone in person:

• Always meet in a public place
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going
• Arrange your own transportation
• Never share financial information
• Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, leave

Nera is not responsible for any interactions or meetings between users outside the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
